I had a great experience with this repair shop and want to emphasize their professionalism and honesty! About late may into June last year, my Macbook Pro experiences a liquid spill and then began experiencing a tricky problem where it would occasionally go to sleep with the screen off. I went to other repair shops and Apple, and they either refused to fix or indicated that I should do the full replacement. This shop is the first to take the time to properly diagnose the problem and explain that it could be addressed with a component-level logic board repair, rather than replacing the entire board or the whole machine. They are very responsive, always keep me informed from the beginning, during the process and upon completion. At the time, the system could not immediately recognize the newly replaced sensor, and the sleep issue wasn’t fully resolved right away. The technicians were honest, patient, and genuinely committed to solving the problem. They explained everything clearly and even asked me to give them more time so they could continue troubleshooting and make sure it was fully fixed. However, I had to relocate to other country shortly after, so I wasn’t able to return for the final follow-up. The system correctly detected the replaced sensor after I updated the MacOS yesterday, and everything has been working perfectly. My MacBook now properly detects lid closure and behaves exactly as it should. I want to appreciate how sincere and responsible the team was throughout the process. They focused on fixing the root cause instead of pushing unnecessary replacements or pushing an expensive full replacement, and their willingness to explain details made the stressful situation much easier. Extremely reasonable price and friendly, aboulutely 10 out of 10!
