I was terrified my hard drive was worthless, I was told so by another company and well … J defied all laws of computer science and saved everything from said hard drive!! It s not possible to be happier that she was able to save everything.
Deleted by mistake significant number of files. I thought I had backup the files on external drive. Another computer repair venue could not restore. But Common Courtesy restored ALL MY FILES. Reorganized same and upgraded my device. Got a very good night sleep and after many stressful days. THANK YOU and I would highly recommend her services. Richard K.

We had a pc in the office that was 2017 so older but it started really slowing down and got stuck at the welcome screen alot! I’m pretty good with computers but this was above my head and our IT company recommended we get a new one. I decided to call Common Courtesy I’ve serviced a laptop there before and Jennifer was always up front and honest about if it’s worth a fix. She went above and beyond and even managed to save vital data! Cost was reasonable and it’s like I have a brand new computer! 11/10 recommend for your computer issues!
