Talent Heating and Air Conditioning

Called 2 companies for estimates on HVAC Service. Talent responded, arrived on time, professional test and review of my system, and was able to provide a quote on the spot. The technician tested switches and showed results proving his analysis and how he had isolated it to that component. The competitor arrived at the same conclusion, with same conclusion, but got there with a visual inspection. No verification of switches to insure correct diagnosis. I hired the other company as they were first on site. It is now the 7th day without AC, and it's August in Alabama. I should have hired Talent!

Our central heat and air unit failed in December 2024, just a few days before we were expecting several days of extremely cold weather. I called Talent, and Terry came out promptly to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, the part needed to repair the unit was backordered and wouldn’t be available for a couple of months. Given the timing and the cold weather approaching, I decided to move forward with having a new unit installed. Riley is a professional and knowledgeable technician. He was able to determine the issue with our unit and was very patient explaining it to me. After giving us a repair quote he was quick to call his team’s office administrator who then scheduled us for the repair work in hopes to get it fixed before the turn of the weather. Thanks!
