First time customer here. When Dylan Reynolds came out to give me a quote on getting my unit cleaned he was very professional and upfront about what I needed done. The only complaint I had about him is he needed to communicate better with scheduling. He scheduled me for an appointment to have the stuff done that I needed to but he never told me a time or how long it would take roughly. However Deashton Glass was the technician that did my cleaning and replaced some parts that I needed . I had another company for my HVAC but Deashton said they never cleaned my unit properly. He was very professional and worked with me coming out later in the day since there was a miscommunication before when scheduling. He was here a good 3 hours doing the work. I would definitely recommend this company it is my me HVAC company now.

Cody Peper did an outstanding job troubleshooting my HVAC issue. From the start, he was professional, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. Instead of rushing to a quick fix, he took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, explain what was happening in a way that was easy to understand, and walk me through the solution. What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. He methodically checked the system, ruled out potential causes. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers rather than just finishing the call. Thanks to Cody for coming out on a Sunday. I have a lot more confidence in how everything works. Reliable, skilled, and professional — I would absolutely recommend Cody Peper to anyone needing HVAC service.

We used Aire Serv in May 2022 to replace and install a new unit. The service was appealing due to the quickness of the installation. Since then, we have had constant trouble, not from the unit, but from different aspects of the installation that weren’t installed correctly. We make it a point to NOT use Aire Serv when these issues arise now once we realized the scam that is their service. Today we had a technician come out to fix yet another issue that has come up with the installation of our system. We didn’t have heat throughout this ice storm. When the non-affiliated technician went under our house he noted that the heat strips had NEVER BEEN PLUGGED IN. Since 2022 when we had our new system installed, the heat strips had never been plugged in. How is this level of work acceptable? How is this crooked business still in service? This deserves to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Do better, Aire Serv. This is only one of the many service calls we’ve had someone say something was installed incorrectly or not at all. Pitiful!
