We've had the pleasure of working with this company for years, and they've consistently delivered excellent service. Recently, my 93-year-old father-in-law experienced some issues with his unit, but Terry promptly came to the rescue and ensured everything was in working order before the freezing temperatures set in. Terry is calm, cool and collected 🙌. He’s honest and trustworthy, and we can always count on him! 👍
I’ve been using Maximum Comfort Heating & Air since 2019, and I honestly regret not leaving this review sooner. They were originally recommended by my builder, and I’ve stayed with them ever since—and for good reason. They’ve consistently been professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I’m on their maintenance plan, and they’ve done a great job keeping my air conditioner running smoothly year after year. They don’t just service the system—they take the time to explain what needs attention, make smart recommendations to prevent future issues, and always communicate clearly. The team is courteous, dependable, and respectful of my time. They call when needed, show up when they say they will, and handle everything professionally. As long as I’m living in Madison/Huntsville, Alabama, I’ll continue using Maximum Comfort Heating & Air. Choosing another company would be a mistake. I highly, highly recommend them. A+++++++
Terry was very helpful! He was truly amazing for coming out to the house after hours to figure out what was wrong with the home heater! He didn’t have the new part with him. Terry called the next day with the new part came out and installed it, and we had heat! Thank you very much Terry for coming out and giving us Heat! I would highly recommend!!
I've been going to MAXIMUM H & A ever since the 3 Maytag units were installed in 2017ish for my annual service and repairs as needed. Never had even considered having anyone else or checked pricing. I would recommend MAXIMUM H & A. Terry is awesome to work with and gets the job done. Very responsive accommodating group, including main office. We had unexpected guests coming so he got it done for us; even worked through a rain shower. Not crazy about the units because have had several good size replacement calls on failed parts, that might be normal quality these days. The units did come with a 10 yr warranty on parts, so saved some bucks there. Beware of refrigerant costs.
Installed my system in 2011, replaced the evaporator around 2020-21, no issues. Called Saturday and Tuesday and left messages with what I am guessing is a phone service and not a company employee and an email today and still nobody has returned my call. I need my evaporator replaced again. Good way to lose a loyal customer. Looks like I am going with someone else. They came out Thursday and cleaned my unit rather than replaced, said if I had a new unit put in it would just rust too. Recommended UV light. Thinking about it. Tech was great. Company has been having phone service issues.
