Fast to arrive for evaluation only. Pleasant technician. Quite pricey for a dryer vent clean out only + replacement vent cap. Charged additional $250 for “steep roof” and “tight space” even though we have a walk in attic where there’s no crouching required. The exterior vent is on the first floor roof about 4’ from the gutter. Around 15’-20’ from ground. May update review after work is completed.

I requested a second opinion on an HVAC issue and I’m really glad I did. The technician who came out was excellent. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system and clearly explain what was actually going on. Another company had previously tried to recommend a much more expensive repair, but this technician showed me the real issue and it was actually the complete opposite of what I had been told before. Shout out to Kaymon from Blake Brothers for doing a great job with our home water heater install! He was personable, a cheerful worker on the job, and great around our six young (but well behaved) children who were eager observers... not the easiest work situation perhaps for some! Kaymon had just completed another job for us with a new water pipe to the house after having a leak with the original galvanized pipe, which had to be disconnected and bypassed.
