The customer service here is a joke. The staff acts like they are doing you a favor just by acknowledging your existence. I walked in needing help with a phone issue, and the rep was dismissive, rude, and clearly just wanted me to leave so they could go back to playing on their phone. It’s amazing how 'fake nice' they are when they think you’re buying something, but the second you need support, they turn their backs. Avoid this location."
Came in to upgrade phones and had a technical issue getting data erased and we had the pleasure of quan helping us! He is very patient and he’s always so helpful and reassuring! If you ever need help or want some friendly customer service ask for QUAN!
We changed over to T-Mobile a number of years ago from a different provider who I unhappily had from their beginning. I have been using phones for a few decades starting with my bag phone. Extremely happy with this service. Came back from a once in a lifetime trip two weeks ago to find my phone turning on and then immediately turning off... repeatedly. To make a very long story short, on one of my trips to this location I had the good fortune up with Ms. Daisha J. No one could get back my photos from my trip BUT she was able to get me almost back to normal with my new phone. Enough of this sordid tale of my photos woe, I am writing this review in praise of this technician. No nonsense, she didn't give up, she persued what needed to be done; fastidious, to say the least. Every positive adjective should be inserted here. Value this impressive employee! I can't thank her enough for (almost) getting me back to normal. Not her fault it wasn't 100 percent...I did NOT know there was no longer chips involved in these "new" phones and that was the majority of the problem. I rate HER 101 percent! Thank YOU Daisha for your time and effort, YOU "done" good!
Came in today to find out about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile and had the pleasure of being helped by Tami. She was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. She didn't try to sell me on anything or try to harass like a lot of sales do. She listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She was absolutely incredible and my experience with her is the reason I chose to continue my switch from verizon. Customer service makes a big difference in my eyes and she was the best. 5 star service all around
Fantastic vibes from everyone in the store. (8/16/25). Came in for something simple, Nicci, Jessica, Tami, and AC were super friendly and helpful to myself, their customers, and each other. Everyone seems to really enjoy working there and were having a good time while still being professionals. They explained in depth what routes I could take with my situation and alleviated a lot of concern and stress I had with my account. I don’t put in reviews ever, but they really hit the golden standard! Thanks guys!
