10 out of 10 I do not recommend this T-Mobile Location! Now don't get me wrong we looove our T-Mobile service however the lack of response/avoidance from the manager, Dylan W., when there is an issue at this is A W F U L! Go to an actual T-Mobile location! I highly recommend the Miami OK location or the store off 32nd street in Joplin! Edit to add Kenneth is great!

If you use this T-Mobile at Sam's, do not depend upon Derek or Dylan to help you. Talk to Kenneth or Rebecca. We updated our phones and were given the wrong numbers for trade in. We tried to talk to the manager, which is Dylan, but he kept avoiding us and said that he was in meetings all day. We emailed him and he did email back saying that he would call us the very next day. Never heard from him. We had to call and take it up with corporate. Beware!

Switched to t mobile back on black Friday because of a promotion they were doing and included discount on my internet also. After 5 months of not getting the internet discount I went in, manager not there so they took down my info and said I'd get a call or email back within a day or 2. 2 weeks went by and nothing. Called them and my info "didnt make it to the supervisor" so gave it again and here we are 2 weeks later and STILL NO EMAIL OR CALL !!!! in-store customer service is GREAT but their supervisor doesn't apparently know how to address customer concerns or just doesn't care.
