My washer drain quit working. It was still under warranty. They had to order the part and with it being Thanksgiving it took a little more time. Super nice guy, Jesse. He fixed it within 10 minutes. It ended up not being the drain pump. He did some diagnostics and it is fixed! Never been so happy to be able to do laundry lol. Had no problems with customer service. They were very nice.
I think their 2.6 rating pretty much says it all. Too bad customers don’t get a choice on who shows up for warranty service. They have been to my home three times and washing machine still broken. They try to say it tested fine but the machine literally grinds when it spins. No way to “test” it and think it’s okay. I wish I could add video and not pictures so everyone could hear the machine literally minutes after they left. Total joke and Samsung should look hard for another company to represent them.
Contacted by this company immediately after my phone call to warranty company regarding my dishwasher . Text message explained next steps. Once my part was received I contacted them and an appointment was set up. Jesse was on time, polite, and made repair quickly. He also recommended we have a drain cleaned that was not covered under warranty. That is done, and my dishwasher is working great. Seamless service!
Trash trash trash threaten to call cops to my house cause some lady by the name of Jessica n customer service skills calls me at 7am telling me I’m wrong for listening to emails from their schedule department. This place shouldn’t be in business especially after talking to the tool I spoke to claiming he was calling the cops to my house. Absolutely garbage
Kat is horrible on the phone!
Absolutely no customer service etiquette at all!
She is quick to dismiss and in one sentence says her technicians must assume your unit is where you have placed it even though you have 2 German Rottweilers inside that will bother him and intimidate him while the technician is there.
So they assume!
Then Kat turns around the next sentence and says that they do not assume!

The kevin, their technician, I'd love to see his qualifications and if he ever went to refrigeration school!
He is always on YOUTUBE looking up how to fix whatever he is working on!
Brings no tools in with him, nothing to diagnose why your unit fails, then goes back to the office and reports that the unit was outside, or in a closet, wherever you moved it to for his safety INSTEAD OF ASKING IF THIS IS WHERE THE UNIT IS ALL THE TIME!
We have our old units that are over 25yrs old on our covered back porch in a room and this unit was only 2 years old when it quit and Kevin said to our extended warranty company that it was because of "improper ventilation" that caused the failure, when he had no tools to diagnose it with and all he did was get offended when he was caught looking at YOUTUBE!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
RUDE, NASTY AND UNEDUCATED IN DEALING WITH APPLIANCES AND ESPECIALLY THE PUBLIC!
