Was wanting to fix my iPhone 14 pro max screen but was informed that they don't know whether or not my True Tone would still be operational. He said he didn't even know what that was. They have ONE job and SUPPOSEDLY specialize in iPhones, but clearly not. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere where they're more informed in their line of work.

I am so happy with the service Brian provided today. I had a battery issue and my phone wasn't backed up so I was really worried about losing all the photos and videos in my phone of my late husband. It's been a pretty stressful couple weeks trying to figure out what to do. Geek Squad told me they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't wipe my phone due to their contract agreement. I thought my only choice would be to go to the nearest Apple store- in TULSA to get this taken care of. Thankfully Brian made it super easy. He also replaced the broken screen on my husbands phone so I was able to access all the photos and videos he had too. As my late husband used to say, "BEST DAY EVER!" Thanks so much iProtect!

Brian when above and beyond in addressing the issue with my wife's iPhone. He was up front and honest and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He even stayed after the closing time to ensure I got the phone back the same day. It's hard to find service like this anywhere and I will definitely tell others and bring my other devices here. Thank you so much Brian. I went in a few weeks ago as my daughter's iPhone 11's screen was responsive. Ethan was able to diagnose the issue and get the phone operational again. Thank you Sir!
