I have ordered from this vendor in the past and it was a great experience so when it came time to order sand to level an area before we opened our pool for summer they were first on our list to call. The person who answered was super nice and best of all they where able to come same day. Now with the heat it took us a bit longer to spread out the sand and when we did we realized we needed at least 2 more yards. In a panic I called at 7:30am to see if there was any way we can get in the route for first thing because we had water being delivered at10am. Expecting a "no" I was already planning on moving up the water delivery but to my surprise, they were able to squeeze us in! Great customer service all around. Even if they couldn't have done this last minute I would recommend them. The fact that they did, goes to show how they go above and beyond. Water delivery went on as scheduled and our kiddos will come home from school in a ready to swim pool. I will be calling again for compost for our garden and sand for our coop... THANK YOU!
