Mark and the Landwright LLC team did a magnificent job executing a significant landscaping job at our new Maine house. Work included beautiful stone retaining walls, planting a significant amount of perennial and annual stock, planting a large amount of grass and installing a sprinkler system ,walkways, stone patio, installing a large flag pole, uplighting, and granite piers. The work was performed in an efficient and timely basis, within budget.Mark was always available for consultation and did a great job of making "on the way" adjustments to improve the outcome of the project. I would recommend him and his team, with out reservation, for any landscaping project you may be considering.

My wife and I first were introduced to Mark Olson and his company Landwright by our home builder, Gray Construction. We chose Gray Construction to build our home because we were told by many people in the area that Gray was the highest quality homebuilder in the New Hampshire seacoast. Landwright was the landscaper recommended by Gray for the project so we hired Landwright and they did not disappoint. Everything about the project came out perfect and beautiful. The grading of the lot, the decorative mounds with bushes, trees and some boulders from the excavation, the paving stone walkway to the front door, it all came out beautiful. In the months and years since we moved into our house we've called on Mark several times to make improvements and every time he responded right away with a good solution and a nicely done job. We added a row of Juniper trees on one side of the property to give ourselves and our neighbors some privacy. The trees look great and are growing very nicely. We live on a narrow but somewhat busy street and had a problem with cars and trucks sometimes not fitting and rutting up the grass between the mounds and the street. We decided it wasn't worth trying to have grass there so Mark created a strip of crushed stone and brown gravel along the pavement so vehicles driving off the edge of the pavement didn't damage anything. Came out great and we're very happy with it. We also had a problem with storm water runoff from the street ponding in our driveway. I asked Mark to look at it and he installed a grate next to the driveway with an underground pipe to bring the water to our back yard where it could flow harmlessly into the woods behind our house. Years later it still works perfectly. Most recently, our mailbox on the street was taken out by an errant school bus. Mark provided me with an estimate right away to give to the bus company's insurance provider. I bought a new mailbox and post for the mailbox and Mark very quickly sent a guy over to dig out the old concrete footing and install the new mailbox with a new concrete footing. Landwright has to be one of the very best landscaping companies in the seacoast area. I understand why Gray Construction recommends them. Each time we used them the results were exactly what we wanted and done on time. All the guys sent here to work for us were very nice to myself and my wife and very collegial with each other. It's a very good company and we highly recommend.

We used Landwright from the start (retainer walls) to the completion of our new home (landscape installation and landscape lighting design and installation) and everything in between. Our Home was featured in NH Home (March/April 2016) where Landwright's many contributions were put on display. All work was first class and completed on time and on budget. We continue to use Landwright for subsequent design and installation projects. They were able to work efficiently with all town departments (and there were many) to ensure all projects met codes.
