Spoke to Bob on the phone he was super friendly and he had Mark with 40 yrs of experience, out the same day. Very snowy day and Mark fixed my dryer in an hour. Had the heating element with him . Highly recommend Mass Appliance in Seabrook NH .
My Refrigerator stopped working (in Beverly) and I called Mass Appliance (who I've been using for 2 decades) and talked to Bob, he got Mark over to my house to check the problem that same day. Mark determined that I needed a new refrigerator. He came back a day later with a new refrigerator squeezing it through the front door (with his assistant) not cracking or breaking the paint on the door frame, he then put the new refrigerator together and took the doors off the old fridge and removed it all for a great low price ! Mark KHS! Yes, it took a couple of days for the parts to arrive, but everything is now running smoothly. Overall, pricing was good. In fact, $ervices came in a little lower than anticipated!

We had a fantastic experience with Mass Appliance Service, located in Seabrook, NH. Our dryer stopped working, and Bob @ Mass Appliance was able to schedule a technician to come out within 2 hours. Mark, the Mass Appliance Technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. He had our dryer working perfectly and ready to clear the drying backlog. The pricing was fair and upfront. I'm so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. We'll definitely be calling them again for any future issues.
