Great experience. Dropped my non-working Dyson off for repair. Trevor called me the next day to let me know that the motor was done for, but he had some parts that he could use to rebuild it and give it a bit more life. Sent me out of there with a working vacuum, and a recommendation for a new one when the Dyson finally gives up. See you then!

Definitely Recommend - I could not be more pleased with the customer service that Trevor at Seacoast Vacuum gave. I have had many vacuums over the years and have used many being in the cleaning business. I have had everything from a rainbow, Kenmore, Kirby & electrolux. It was time to retired the heavy old Kirby and I knew I didn't want another! I began my research online and got fed up because all the reviews for other machines got a bit overwhelming. So I called Seacoast and thought I would ask the experts. Thankfully Trevor was working and when I asked which vacuum would be the best for my needs he immediately recommended the Sebo k3. I had never heard of Sebo and they never popped up during my research. I went straight to my computer and did a bit of research and called back within 10min and bought it. The reviews online out weighed the Meile which was what I was about to buy before calling Seacoast. The other amazing thing is that I live 3hrs north in Maine and they had sent the vacuum up and I had it by the end of the next day!!! Now that is what I call SERVICE especially in the times we are having! A Huge Thank You to Trevor and Seacoast Vacuum!!! PS - I love the vacuum it picks up all the dog hair and works great on carpets!

They were extremely friendly and timely with my repair. Cannot say enough good things about the level of service. Very happy with my repair and I swear the vacuum is cleaner than when it was purchased. I would highly recommend.
