Something must have changed recently from these past reviews, my experience with Surveillance Secure was very poor. They sent people multiple times to improve my working system with better cameras etc, and in the end, I still have cameras that don't work, I can't monitor my system from a PC, and they don't return messages. Very disappointing experience overall, so I'm looking now for a different company to work with.
I've been working with Surveillance Secure for almost two years and they're great! The owner Kim is very responsive and always takes care of any issues as quickly as possible! Gaby and the rest of the admin staff are also extremely helpful as well! Highly recommend them for camera service!
Surveillance Secure installed access panel to our coworking space. They also installed security cameras. Surveillance Secure did all of this work while our Business Center was occupied. During the entire project they kept everything clean, and orderly and were extremely professional. I am very happy with the quality of workmanship and their professionalism and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs to install a security system, access panels, or cameras in their business.
Our church was in need of security cameras and a system to help manage access to our facility. Surveillance Secure came and did a walk thru with our board members, recommended items we had not thought of and installed a very good system that is easily to manage, and also helped us to identify additional problems. We signed up for their service plan as well and they have been nothing but professional.
We were having some issues with people messing with our cars and our neighbors’ cars and we wanted a way to catch people in the act. So we did some research and wanted to find the best surveillance company out there and we found Surveillance Secure. When I called I spoke with Kim and told him of our problem and what we were looking for and the next day he came out and spoke with us and we showed him where we wanted the cameras. Once the system came in he installed it and showed us how to use it. Now we are able to keep a close eye on what’s going on and we are able to access our cameras from anywhere even on our phones, which is very convenient. We found that Kim was very helpful and professional and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality surveillance system.
