James Wheat Delivers on Eagle Club Yesterday, our water pressure reached dangerously low levels. I called James Wheat and within five minutes, I received a return phone call. We had joined the Eagle Club for situations like this. Often times, people are disappointed with programs like Eagle Club. Many places overpromise and underdeliver. Not James Wheat. Mike, the technician who contacted us within five minutes of my call to them, walked me through the options I could execute to restore the pressure on my own. None of them worked. He immediately arranged for an appointment for us the next day. We can't say it enough about the service we received. I will be an Eagle Club member for life! Thank you, Mike, and... *UPDATE* Eric, the plumbing tech came out last week and replaced my 50 year old kitchen faucets. Everytime I call, I always get a great experience and they treat me wonderfully! I'm so happy to have found James Wheat and Sons, because I can always depend on them! -------- I was so happy to fine James Wheat and sons. They were the only plumbers that could come when I needed help. Matt and Mike did all the work and were excellent and very professional. I will be calling again it I need any repairs in the future.

Do not recommend, they came here multiple times and did tests to let me know something that i already knew which was the bathroom vent had no air. Was charged $800+ for this and no real solution was found on the first visit. On the second visit a solution was not found either and was charged $344 to access the ducts on the drywall and was quoted $1.2k for a possible solution and 3rd visit that did not guarantee me results. I called a different company and they were able to diagnose and resolve the issue within an hour without the need to create holes in the drywall at less than 10% of the price paid of the diagnosis here. Also quoted over $7k for Aeroseal which is more than double compared to other places.

We had our fireplace logs and system cleaned and serviced. Ilya and Michael provided excellent service. Ilya was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail problem that was causing the issues with our fireplace. They were both very polite and kind. There is absolutely no doubt that we will contact James A Wheat & Sons for all future fireplace, plumbing and HVAC needs we may require. It's really refreshing to know we now have a company to contact that we can rely on.
