Kevin from Smock Heating & Air was exceptional. The company moved quickly to get me a same day appointment. Kevin arrived not long after, and was courteous and respectful. He set forth the process, was deeply knowledgeable and identified the issue quickly. He helped me to understand all of my options and make the best decision for my family.
