I want to thank all who were involved in getting someone out to my home for an emergency repair. I noticed that my heating system was not working at about 7:00 pm and I called Presidential Heating and A/C, and they agreed to get someone out to my home that night. After about 30 minutes I received a call from the technician, he introduced himself and he said he would arrive in about 50 minutes. Mr. Rinard Jackson arrived at my home on time and was very professional and polite. After listening to me describing the problem he went right to work troubleshooting the problem. After he found the trouble he explained to me how much it would cost to fix the problem. After I agreed to have him repair the system. Mr. Jackson fixed the system and went the extra mile and checked out all the wiring on both the inside and outside unit to make sure there was no other problems with the wiring. He also recommended some additional services that I should consider to maintain my system. He left me an estimate on the cost of these services. I will definitely be using Presidential for all my HVAC needs in the future.

I initially met with Juan who walked me through the replacement of the boiler. He explained everything I needed to know, including financing. He was readily available for my questions about the whole process, which was appreciated. They were able to order and install in a very quick time frame. The installers, Jose, Richard and Walter were wonderful. They were total professionals and took the time to walk me through everything, including the new thermostat. Pleasure to deal with all of them.
