I want to thank all who were involved in getting someone out to my home for an emergency repair. I noticed that my heating system was not working at about 7:00 pm and I called Presidential Heating and A/C, and they agreed to get someone out to my home that night. After about 30 minutes I received a call from the technician, he introduced himself and he said he would arrive in about 50 minutes. I’m happy we chose presidential. Rinard was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. He fixed our hvac unit out in the cold when it was 15 degrees. Thank you! I initially met with Juan who walked me through the replacement of the boiler. He explained everything I needed to know, including financing. He was readily available for my questions about the whole process, which was appreciated. They were able to order and install in a very quick time frame. The installers, Jose, Richard and Walter were wonderful. They were total professionals and took the time to walk me through everything, including the new thermostat. Pleasure to deal with all of them.
