He’s responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive — and he genuinely makes our jobs easier. Their installers are true professionals. They show up on time, represent their company well on our job sites, and consistently deliver high-quality work. When you’re trusting a trade partner with your customers, that matters. The office staff deserves recognition as well. They are organized, responsive, and keep everything moving behind the scenes. My furnace decided to quit on one of the coldest days of the year. I had been working with another company that couldn’t identify the issue and was pushing me to replace the entire unit. I decided to call this company for a second opinion on my Lennox furnace and spoke with Jeff and Kendra. Both were incredibly patient and took the time to listen to my concerns, and Jeff had a hunch that I was being steered away from the actual problem. They were able to send Nate to my house within a few hours, and he almost immediately identified the real issue. He walked me through multiple options for sourcing the part and had it installed, all within about an hour. I truly could not be happier with the experience, from my initial phone call, to the research Jeff did on my furnace model, to the repair that Nate completed.
