Service Pros Plumbing and Heating

I contacted Service Pro because my plumber recommended them as he can longer do heavy-lifting related work. His recommendation proved excellent. I experienced pleasant and helpful customer service from Service Pros’ office to the technician, Vince. Vince was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He took care of the immediate plumbing problems and did an overall assessment, which included cost estimates. I will call Service Pro again.

I had a client that just closed on a house and the plumbing shower handle broke, I called Service Pros and they got out within minutes! They were able to diagnose the problem, give me 3 options of repair, and I was able to feel comfortable with the option I chose. They did a fantastic job, kept me updated the entire time, even gave me a report at the end with pictures of everything that was repaired/replaced. I am extremely happy with the work that was done and in the high level of professionalism it was dealt with. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Service Pros. It was very easy scheduling the consult and installation appointments. Miles and Callan were nothing but polite and professional. They took the time to carefully assess our kitchen sink and offered to repair or replace it. They ensured that our unusual sink replacement was ordered correctly and triple checked to ensure it fit. Although our dogs wanted to assist them while they worked, the guys were kind to them. They were thorough in their work and left my home very clean.
