Shawn G came out on a Saturday morning to clean out a clogged kitchen sink. He was very professional and gave recommendations on how to prevent further issues.

Very thankful for Roto-Rooter! We had a toilet clog that ended up being a bigger problem and our bathroom, mud room and kitchen flooding at 6:30pm. Bobby was amazing and came within 15 minutes of calling. He was very thorough and professional and was able to fix everything for us.

Travis, our service tech, arrived early, listened to my explanation, and agreed to power auger our heated garage floor drain. Being built 70 years ago, the drain line was caked up pretty badly, but he used multiple diameter blades, and cleared it out. I should have called for help earlier.
