I've had a bit of an adventure. I specialty shipped my very precious personal computer across several states due to a cross-country move, and it arrived badly damaged. Let me tell you about this machine. It was one of the first things I bought myself when I left a bad relationship, where I wasn't allowed to have things like a nice PC, so when I was free and flourishing, I invested a lot of time and money into building up a gaming computer. It's where I play my games, where I watch my shows, and where I decompress after a long day at work. So when it arrived damaged, I felt like a piece of me was broken. After spending some time panicking, I started to look around at PC repair places, and Superior was the highest rated in the area. When I called and explained the situation on Friday, the owner let me know that they were booked up until Monday. Then he offered to give me the number of another repair place that may have had openings, because he knew how important this machine was to me. Taking my money wasn't the top priority for these folks; making me whole was. The owner showed incredible empathy and kindness to me during a really tough day. So I decided that I didn't want to work with anyone except Superior. They took in my PC on Monday Jan 12, gave me a rundown on what possible repairs they could do, and truly empathized with me. They handled my computer with care and respect, and also gave me documentation to bring to the shipping company to address the damage. I'm now typing this review up on my newly repaired PC that was returned on Jan 14th, an incredibly fast turn around. There was structural damage that they fixed, of course, but they even re-attached cosmetic pieces instead of declaring them a loss. I will be referring anyone in the area to these folks, and if I ever have repair needs again, they will be people I work with. I strongly urge anyone in the area to give these folks a go with PC repair needs, you'll get superior service.
