When I walked into the store, I was blown away by the customer service. It was absolutely amazing and way beyond what I expected—friendly, knowledgeable, and super attentive without any pressure. They explained the process clearly, got the repair done quickly and perfectly, and even gave my phone a quick once-over for any other potential issues. My iPhone looks brand new, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
Kevin was great! He was very nice and charged the same he quoted over the phone, which was more reasonable than others charge. My phone got fixed while I waited! The only reason for 4 stars is that it is cash-only, which isn't great for an unplanned expense and having bills coming up. But, I needed it fixed ASAP (it wasn't charging and needed a new port) and he has convenient hours and even got started on it while I stopped at 1 of the many nearby banks to get cash. Next time I have phone issues, I will definitely see him first before giving up and buying another a new one.
Overall the Cell Phone Doctor in Fairfield was really helpful and extremely fast. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any type of electronic assistance. I would definitely comeback in the future. I strongly suggest coming in early in the morning as soon as he opens Thank you Kevin for helping us out with an emergency and saving money.
Wonderful experience @ Cell Phone Doctor in Fairfield. Great customer service. The guy was so nice and had my broken iPad screen fixed in under 1 hour. Dropped it off while I ran errands and received a text message when it was finished! Will definitely be back! Highly recommended
I had a really good experience at Cell Phone Doctor in Fairfield I went there to fix my iPhone thinking it had a big problem. But the guy checked it and literally fixed it in a few seconds. I was honestly surprised. What I liked the most is that he was very honest. He could have easily said it’s a major issue and charged me more, but he didn’t. He just fixed it straight away and explained everything clearly. Kevin was friendly, quick, and trustworthy. Definitely a place I’ll go back to and recommend to others.
