Datatech Depot's staff was able to help me trouble shoot and fix a problem with one of our kitchen printers. We found that just using an off brand ink ribbon was causing all my problems. Datatech Depot not only took the time to show me the problem, they cleaned up my printer and got me the correct printer ribbons in the next day.
