I called to have my toilet looked at and was told it would be a week before they could get someone out. Very slow service Edit: First of all the voice mail you left me was very rude and speaks volumes about your customers service. Secondly I did not lie. I did contact my insurance which dispatced yall to look at my problem. I have call logs and screen shots. I have always called yall not until the nasty voicemail you left today, have yall called me first. Which is why i stated in my review I called. I was told by them yall would contact me when I didn't receive a call I reached out to your service technician on Dec 15. I originally was told Dec 18. On Dec 18 I had a flat tire while dropping my child off at school. I did not receive a date for rescheduling only told sometime next week. I called today Dec 22 and was told I am out side service area and yall dont know when yall would be able to reschedule and yalls service technician told me to contact my insurance and have someone else cone sooner. So I contacted my insurance to have another company dispatched who is coming today to look at the problem. The voice mail yall left was very rude and the fact I am sent to straight to voicemail when I call shows you dont want to resolve the issue which shows your customer service is very poor. Which is why i left this review. Have a nice day.

I had an excellent experience with this company today! Adam came out to fix my shower and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. He explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who combines great skill with such a positive attitude. I highly recommend this company, and especially Adam, for any plumbing needs!
