It was a quick filter change without complications. Great service by the way! I have loved our new air-conditioner. Our bill has dropped buy $200.00 a month! My only concern was I didn't get my receipt. Thanks for sending it to me soon.

I’m totally unhappy with AC Contractors and my new unit that I was told would give me much better service that my old unit so in 2023 I decided to take their advice and have a new unit installed. Every summer since then it does not keep my home cool at all. It’s not even as hot right now as it’s going to be and the thermostat says it’s 78 in the house and it definitely is hot in my house. I keep every door of every room closed off and extra fans and ceiling fan on and it doesn’t make any difference. I’m going to find another AC company to see if they can figure out why the unit AC Contactors sold me does not keep my house cool. My old one they removed would freeze you out!!!
