The service was exceptional and affordable and finished by end of day. I bought a new battery at Oreillys but the battery clamps were so corroded and rusty the battery couldn’t be manually replaced. Punahou Auto Service is next door to Oreillys so I went to their office to explain my situation. They went to the Oreilly lot and charged my car and moved it to their lot to replace the corroded parts and put in the new battery
The team here is very kind and friendly. For anyone looking for car service, I would highly recommend this place. This is my third time visiting a car shop for my car issue, and I can honestly say they are very honest and helpful. They fix only what needs to be done and clearly explain everything. Some shops, if you walk in and don't know much about cars, will likely try to push you to pay for whatever repairs they suggest. But this shop is not like that. They are honest and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this place and will continue coming back for car maintenance.
Quick and easy every time. All of the staff that I have interacted with were very professional and chill. During my first visit, the owner even gave me a few points of advice when I came in for a PPI on a used car (for which they have earned my business going forwards since).
I never do reviews, but I had such a great experience here that I had to write one. Uncle Randy was super helpful, kind, and everything good that a service member can be! He went above and beyond! As long as you make an appointment, safety check is super fast and easy. I was in and out in 15 minutes. No line or waiting. Mahalo Uncle Randy for your great service! 5 stars!
