I went to Stow Jewelers last Monday. I was immediately greated with a smile! A ring I own had a loose stone. Stow Jewelers inspected my ring and tightened the stone right then and there. Stow Jewelers has amazing customer service and I highly recommend using them:)
I brought two watches in to have the batteries replaced, which they did it immediately and at a fair price. My one watch was having some problems with the caseback fitting properly, and they rectified it quickly and sent me on my way with no extra charge.
My father passed away and left me a watch that I needed to resize and have cleaned up. I had to remove the watch band in order to see the serial number of the watch which is needed for the company to verify the watch. The owner removed the band and got the information that I needed. When I asked him how much I owed he said that it was on him and not to worry about it. He asked me to keep business local and to support our community. I will forever recommend this jewelry store to everyone that I know. This is a great family business that we should be proud to have.
