Walked in near closing time- the owner Tom was working on something but greeted me right way, asked me what I needed and he took my watch and had the links added in less than 5 mins. He was courteous, professional and attentive. They also had a great selection of jewelry, diamonds and watches. They gained a customer tonight. I’ll definitely be back. On vacation this past summer, my engagement ring (less than a year old) broke. One of the side walls of the channel setting chipped, and I lost a diamond. I was understandably devastated. The ring had originally been purchased as a favor at a great discount through a friend from a large retail jeweler, which meant no warranty. She very kindly tried to help by taking it in to be repaired, but after five months, the ring was returned in worse condition than before: all the diamonds were loose and the ring itself was severely damaged from an unsuccessful repair attempt. At that point, we were told nothing more could be done. With our wedding approaching, I was genuinely stressed that I’d be walking down the aisle wearing a cheap backup ring. Enter Braidy Jewelers. He explained that the damage couldn’t be repaired, but then offered to create an entirely new ring, replicating the intricate design of my original ring and reusing the diamonds from the original ring. Today, just 40 days before our wedding, I picked up my ring. It is absolutely perfect. Tony recreated it flawlessly, preserving everything I loved about the original while giving me a ring that is solid, secure, and beautifully made. I cannot say enough good things about Tony and Braidy Jewelers. This experience turned a heartbreaking situation into a truly joyful one. I love my ring, I love my fiancé, and we will absolutely be back.
