Absolutely incredible experience, from start to finish!!! After hours & hours of searching for the perfect wedding ring to match my wife’s engagement ring, I found a winner online. It showed as “in stock” at the Bethlehem location over an hour away, so I called to verify, and spoke with Amber. She was very candid about their holding policy, and explained that since there were very few left in stock in the US, the sooner the better. So long story, short… My wife & I hopped into the car and arrived at 1905. Even though it was 5 minutes past closing, Amber graciously kept the store open for us to try the rings on, purchase one, performed all of... Absolutely incredible experience, from start to finish!!! She also advised us on the correct sizing & recommended that we send the engagement ring along for cleaning, plating & fitting as an added precaution. All said & done, it was a full hour past when she was supposed to go home. Well, the rings arrived last night, and true to form, I arrived at 1855 to pick them up. I can’t begin to explain how happy we are with the final results. I’m so thankful for good people like Amber in the world & I would 100% recommend Kay Jeweler at Wind Creek, specifically Amber, for all of your jewelry needs. Thank you again for your patience & knowledge! Excellent experience!!

Eli was excellent at helping me design and create the perfect custom engagement ring. I brought in different center stone options and he explained which would work best and why. The whole process was very easy and I am very happy with the quality of the ring and the professionalism I received from Eli. I will not hesitate to reach out again in the future when more jewelry is needed. Thank you for the great experience!

Amber is amazing!!! Her customer service is always impeccable. She always makes the visit feel like we won the best prize. I really don’t like buying from anyone else because I feel uncomfortable as if all the person wants is a sale. But with Amber I feel like I’m home.
