Amanda (who carries the duck keychain) is absolutely amazing! She has been helping me to locate a matching wedding band that Kay’s no longer sells. It has been a stressful and daunting task. But, Amanda has been so kind, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. Her upbeat and bubbly personality is contagious.
When it comes to Jewelers I wouldn't go anywhere else. Melinda is amazing, the entire staff is amazing! I have been going there for years. There is absolutely no pressure when you walk in the door. They take is their time and get to know exactly what you want. I have purchased jewelry from there for many years and I will not go anywhere else. Melinda you're the best.
This review is LONG over due. Melinda! You are amazing! The husband and I went in several months ago with a laundry list of things we had been putting off and Melinda was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and funny. Her sense of humor made us wonder if we were related. We were there for a long time and she never once made us feel uncomfortable or unwanted. We have referred other family and friends to her and we look forward to working with her again soon. The whole staff in the store was pretty great. Did their best to greet everyone and take care of the customers as best they could. It was nice to see the teamwork and family environment they had in the store.
