My family was aggressively tailgated by a company branded van of this business. We were nearly rear ended twice and then cut off and brake checked. I have no current need for pest control services, but I would never hire a company that employees such reckless and small minded people.
So I called my landlord, to ask when Pest control will be stopping by for rats. He told me that he is not sure because we are working around their schedule. So I decided to give them a call and ask what their timeframe is and the lady said “anywhere between 4-6” I asked, is there any chance that somebody could text me or call me when they’re on their way? She said “no, we don’t call or text to let the tenants” So you’re telling me they’ll show up whenever they show up “yes”
I don’t know if it’s just her personality, but she’s kinda rude and hangs up the phone like she’s mad🤷🏽♂️.
I guess I’ll just stop what I’m doing for two hours guessing what time they’re stopping by.
Lied about the safety of their products when I told them I have an ADA letter from my asthma specialist against pesticide use in my apartment. (Likely even against safety label instructions to use around people with severe respiratory illnesses, which would be a violation of their licensing, but I can’t get my apartment manager to give me the MSDS sheet to know for certain yet)
Also applied pesticide to lowest cabinet hinges where my dog could reach (definitely against the label instructions and negates any safety claims as the stuff is often scented and flavored similar to dog treats!!!), so she was vomiting shortly after.
If they report this review to have it removed I’ll be notifying the WSDA about their practices instead because it was recorded on my ring video camera and I know both these things are a violation of their licensing. Photo attached of unsafe chemical placement within reach of my service animal.
I’m disabled now so they think they can push me around, but I went to school for biochemistry and this company is absolutely not following safety regulations.
They even left behind a big box of different pesticides they didn’t use in my unit, on my dining room table where my child could have found it if I hadn’t first, which definitely says keep out of reach of children on the safety insert they failed to follow by leaving it laying around. (Yet another violation of safety standards required by their licensing)
