Sunrise Pest & Turf Management

My service gentleman Lee, is so lovely. He does all his work without any noise, he rarely interrupts my day, he is quick and covers all my concern professionally. My home is large and I am without the normal concerns I used to have before Sunrise came to help me. My home is well over 5k sq ft, and my two garages and carriage house add another 3k. They cover some big territory and I'm surprised they don't charge me so much more for the maintenance!

I have been using Sunrise for pest control (insects and rodent bait boxes) for at least 15 years. About 5-6 years ago, another pest service company convinced me to give them a try with special promotional pricing so I did and, was I ever sorry! I fired them after only 1 treatment and signed back on with Sunrise. Technicians are always on time, polite, follow instructions, and quickly get the job done. If I need extra services when wasps and spiders are especially active, the company is very responsive. Last year, I noticed a hole in one of the metal crawl space vents and, even though this isn't included in my service contract, the technician went "above and beyond" by going down under the house to look for evidence of rodent infiltration (fortunately, there wasn't any) and then sealed the hole with a thick layer of silicone. Another time, I had a severe fly problem, with at least 20-25 new flies appearing inside the house daily, even though the doors were rarely opened. The tech treated the interior window sills and exterior of the house. He noticed the flies were unusually bad above the back deck and sprayed into the deck cracks/crevices, which temporarily helped. Because of the tech's observations, I investigated and found a massive racoon latrine underneath and flies breeding in the feces. As long as I own my home, I will be a Sunrise customer.

We've had Sunrise for years as a maintenance service and they've been great at keeping us pest free. We recently had an invasion of tiny kitchen ants and Jeff Hawkins just came and did a thorough sweep of our kitchen, left us clear instructions on how to handle things moving forward and assured us we should follow up if the problem persists. We've always been happy with our service and Jeff today was detailed and professional. Great service!
