Cascade was able to get us on their schedule very quickly and the day of sent us alerts on when to expect them. The service was thorough and efficient. The service provider (Mathew) gave us a comprehensive breakdown of what he found and courses of action to take to resolve our issues. Overall I would recommend Cascade.

I cannot recommend Michael from Cascade Pest Control enough! I was incredibly stressed about a rodent situation under my house, but Michael came in and immediately put me at ease. He was not only professional and thorough in his inspection of the crawl space, but he was also light-hearted, which made a stressful experience much easier. He provided a fair quote and a solid, comprehensive solution for the rat infestation. He was timely, courteous, and truly went above and beyond. I will be referring Cascade Pest Control to all my friends and neighbors!

Great customer service and friendliness from Jason. Heβs also very informative with teaching me about rodents and insects. Not pushy sales tactics at all, just giving me some options in the future for other services, if I choose to . Jason did an inspection around my home and inside my house also. Great experience overall and very professional! π

Cascade pest office staff was very friendly and helpful when I called in with my initial inquiry. I felt comfortable and confident in booking our service appointment. Our technician was very communicative, professional and friendly while in our home. He took the time to explain things thoroughly and answer all of my questions, and he was also very reasonable as opposed to being pushy about their additional services. Which I greatly appreciated!
