Northwest Crawl space renovated my crawl space after rodent damage. They removed the insulation, disinfected, closed off all entries that allowed the rodents inside, and hung new insulation all in 1 day. They guarantee their work for a year...traps were set just in case. My entry to the crawl space is inside our house so they setup a tunnel made of plastic to keep the dust/ dirt contained. They bag the contaminated insulation in the crawlspace so dust is minimal. When you call with questions they answer right away so you are not left hanging. Highly recommend Northwest Crawl Space.

I've only written one other review for a company or business - so needless to say, the quality of work and customer service has to far exceed expectations before I'm willing to put time into a public testimony. With that being said, I can honestly say Northwest Crawl Space Services is by far one of the best businesses I have encountered in any industry. The staff is professional, friendly and trustworthy. Furthermore, the owner is directly involved in customer service and ensuring that the quality of work is exceptional. We spent tens of thousands of dollars for an extreme rodent infestation that almost ruined our house. I was very selective on the company that I chose to save our family home. Northwest Crawl Space not only met all financial expectations in the bidding process, they went above and beyond - and now a year later, continually come by to inspect their work to ensure the house is protected against the elements and animals. In short, I cannot recommend this company in stronger terms. Exceptional people with expertise in what they do....You will not be disappointed.
