Kristofer helped me out tremendously when it came to recovering my Crucial x9 SSD. I’m a videographer, and he was able to recover all the footage I had in that drive (1.84 TB). Great customer service, wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. 100% recommend.

My kids got my tower PC wet and a handful of repair shops told me to buy new parts without testing because it was "too expensive". Kris offered to take a look at a reasonable price, and once he diagnosed what was wrong, he offered to fix it at a reasonable price as well. When the fix didn't work as expected, Kris went the extra mile to explain what was wrong and the next steps. I agreed with his plan and sure enough, he was able to fix it completely. I was super impressed with his communication throughout the whole process and his thoroughness to see the computer working flawlessly. I really appreciate you Kris!
