Great service and pretty decent pricing. Fortunately for me they got my pc back up and running within an hour. 10/10 will be coming back for any future pc needs.
I recently used their services to clean and repair my personal computer. The shop informed me that it would be ready for pickup the following week. Upon arrival, I was advised that they had attempted to contact me, though I have no record of such communication. Furthermore, the diagnosis provided me with only one solution, which I found puzzling. If this were the only feasible option, I wondered why it hadn't been implemented already. Nevertheless, I authorized the repair and was informed that my device would be available for pickup the following week again. Upon receiving of my repaired computer, I discovered that the cleaning I had requested had not been carried out satisfactorily. Despite the shop's assurance that they had completed this task, I could still see dust accumulation on the interior components and fan blades. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, he offered to blow out the dust I had identified. During this process, I observed the employee using compressed air to dislodge the debris. However, upon returning home and examining the device more closely, I found that no prior cleaning attempt had been made before my intervention. In addition to the incomplete cleaning, I was dismayed by the demeanor and attitude of the employee. My interactions with the same individual on multiple visits were characterized by his aloofness and disinterest in assisting me. He would either ignore me entirely upon entering the store or stare me down until I greeted him. Once engaged, he was brusque and unhelpful, giving the impression that my presence was an unwelcome intrusion. While the repairs did ultimately succeed in restoring my device's functionality and preserving my data, my experience with this establishment was less than satisfactory. I would recommend that the store place greater emphasis on quality assurance and customer service to ensure that future clients do not have similar experiences.
