I called Craig's to get my AC moved over 2 feet, except Craig's must have forwarded me on to SameDay because that's who showed up. They then proceeded to quote $3000 for the job, including $675 for a 5ft length of wire and $500 for a pound of refrigerant (market rate is $80). Insane. Waste of $99.
We've had Craig's Services install our furnace about four or five years ago. We enjoyed their service so much that they were the first people we called when we wanted a bid to install a humidifier. When I called to make the appointment, the girl on the phone was so pleasant. And Gary, the technician who came to do the bid for us, was so knowledgeable and very patient when answering all of our questions. We couldn't have asked for nicer people to do business with. We recommend them highly!!!
We had Craig's come highly recommended to us by a neighbor and they did not disappoint! Evan was wonderful!! He was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done better than we had hoped! Gary came to lend a hand with the last couple of units and he was also great! We were so happy with the service provided and plan on having them back next year to help us maintain our system. We have used several other companies in the past and haven't been really happy with their services. So glad we finally found Craig's and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality heating and cooling services at competitive prices!!
