Last time I came here to make a key for my older car I was told immediately no car keys, I just came in recently to try again and liberty helped me with great service and said that the worse that can happen is it just won’t make the key, thank you for trying and being successful in making another key for my car
I bought a patio table with chairs and umbrella on facebook marketplace and 2 of the very much needed screws fell out somewhere along the way. I went into Ace today with one of the screws to try to find a few matches. Two different employees helped and both were so helpful and informative. I was able to get the screws I needed and the patio table was saved. Thank you to both of these great employees for your continued help and perseverance to figure it out for me! I appreciate it a lot! Highly recommend this store!
I had a paint color issue. It was my mistake, and completely my fault. The team at Ace St Albans went out of their way to make it right.

I spent almost 3 hours looking for a list of items and not a single employee came to see if I needed help....I saw 3 employees just standing around gossiping and on their cellphones. I ended up leaving most of my cart and just picked a few items that I was sure about. I got to the register and complained to the cashier about the lack of help I received. She was apologetic and wanted to give me 50% off my purchase. She told the manager (?) What happened and asked if she could give me the discount. He very rudely told her absolutely not! He turned to me and rudely stated that if I was not satisfied then I could file a complaint. I left the store without my items.... I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a store! These were all young kids and I guessed they've never been trained on how to treat customers and do their jobs correctly. They would probably do a lot more business if they had staff that knew how to work, do their jobs well, take pride in what they do, and treat customers well so that the customer would keep coming back !!! I will NEVER shop at Ace again and would rather drive to Burlington and shop a hardware store that treated their customers better!!!
It was so awesome I needed to return a auto jump starter that was rattling since the day I bought it and I have never used it but after I bought it that day I left on a 2-week trip so it was already two weeks old when I returned it. And the cashier Clerk gave me no problem returning it and I just exchange it for a new one in stock. I was very happy with that transaction but I did not have a sales receipt because I had purchased it as a start pick up online.
