They respond to calls quick, but charge a $89.99 fee for estimate. I asked for a copy of the estimate I never received it. We ended up doing the work ourselves, and it only took an hour and a half and that was going out for parts. Spending $150 our parts and the $89.99 for estimate fee only cost $240 rather than the $1252 I was verbally quoted.
Our furnace had stopped working on a 10 degree day and the temperature dropped in our home pretty fast.We call due to a heat out situation and got the answering service. Within 20 minutes of getting the call Dana reached out to the rescue. (We had called other business that offered "24/7" service and none of them called back or answered their phones. Dana made accommodations even with an extremely busy schedule to get out to the house. Dana was extremely efficient and thorough in identifying and rectify the problem. The service completed and for a very fair price. Thank you Dana, you were amazing!
Great Company!! I needed a plumber and saw the great reviews. I called and they called right back,which was so refreshing since some don't even bother to call. Thomas came out and gave me options on what to do. He was so friendly and honest. He did a great job!! I highly recommend this company . The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
These guys are great and I highly recommend them! I've been using them for a few years now. My first experience I had called the other local plumber and didn't receive a call back. Made a second call and still didn't get a call back. When I called Manley I got a call back in just a few minutes. In fact, every time I've called them I've got a call back in under 10 minutes. Once was late at night when I was having a bit of an emergency. Ward called me back and walked me through what to do to shut things down until morning. Dana showed up first thing and fixed the problem. I also like that before work begins, they give me my options and price it out before work begins so there are no surprises.
