AAA Mechanical VT

We recently contacted AAA Mechanical to ask whether they had installed the “coil thingy in the furnace that makes it blow cold air with the condenser outside.” The woman who answered the phone couldn’t have been friendlier—she laughed and knew exactly what I meant! She confirmed that yes, they do, and immediately offered to schedule a visit for an estimate. I was genuinely surprised—in today’s world, it’s rare to find a company so eager and willing to help right off the bat. We scheduled an appointment, and true to their word, they showed up. Erik and his partner (a sweet Boxer named Blue) arrived on time and were both professional and personable. Within 24 hours, we received a detailed estimate and moved forward with the project by placing a deposit. Despite a minor hiccup in equipment delivery (completely out of their control), everything was received and ready within just 2.5 weeks. On installation day, Erik and Blue showed up right on time. Eric got straight to work, was incredibly respectful of our space, and even made sure Blue wasn’t too disruptive—though, truthfully, Blue had a great time playing with our dogs! It was a smooth, enjoyable day, and I’d wager we all slept well that night. Erik worked efficiently and wrapped up before 5 PM. The job was done perfectly, and he left every area spotless. The pricing was more than fair, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations. I’m writing this review from a wonderfully cool, air-conditioned home and can confidently say we are extremely happy customers. Thank you, Erik—you’re a rare find, and we highly recommend AAA Mechanical!

After desperately searching for someone to install a heat pump in our home this summer, I finally discovered AAA Mechanical - and was very glad I did! I had gotten a few other assessments and quotes from other installers, however they were too expensive and/or too busy to get the job done. I was then referred to Erik at AAA Mechanical, who was an absolute godsend! He promptly came for a consult and was able to install our heat pump sooner than any other installer, and for a much more affordable price. He is super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job, and the entire upstairs of our home is now cool and comfortable, a total transformation! He and his wife were the ultimate team, working through sweltering heat, a thunderstorm, and into the evening to make sure the heat pump was installed on time. Erik has my business forever! Erik was the only one of 5 HVAC services to answer my call when my boiler failed in the middle of a cold winter month. He spent as much time as was needed on the phone with me, directing me what I could do to stabilize the furnace for the night. He arrived the next morning promptly, at the agreed upon time, and remedied the issue quickly. His pricing was more than reasonable and to top it off he was very professional, patient and understanding. His motto on his website is “just an honest man doing some honest work” is very true. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs HVAC service!
