I requested service for a non-emergency leak in my cold water line for a bathroom sink. The customer service person was very attentive and helpful as I explained the problem and scheduled me 2-days out. I was given a time range of 7:00 am -11:00 am. On the "day-of" I got a message at 7:28 that "Joe" was on his way. A minute later I got a message that had Joe's photo, and his personal and professional profile. Ten minutes later I got another message that Joe had arrived in my driveway. Lucky for me that the problem was just a failed shark-bite connector. I chatted with Joe (Techs probably hate that, lol) and asked questions about other plumbing issues in our 160 year old house. Before he left, Joe addressed my questions by actually looking at the issues, taking photos, and giving me an idea of how to move forward. EXCELLANT customer service, excellent communication, excellent work. I will definitely use them again.
