An employee by the name of Ricardo Gomez is extremely unprofessional and combative and thought it was a good idea to go back and forth with me over deciding to not wait in the store after he told me it would be a 2 hour wait and after I had already held my spot by signing in on the Kiosk. This type of customer experience really makes me want to cancel all services with Spectrum and take my business elsewhere. Not only was it upsetting to say the least but embarrassing to be going back and forth in-front of a bunch of customers.

I was in and out with no problems without an appointment. Robert and Jessica were helpful and very nice!! I see many negative reviews about this store. That was not my experience.

By far the best customer service experience I've had from any place I've visited in the past months. Christian was the epitome of intentional customer service. The store became crowded quickly and he walked around politely ensuring all customers were signed in. When it was my turn at the counter he listened to my concerns and was able to take care of everything without an issue even going the extra mile to explain other options I was not aware of or had not considered. This is what we need more of.

The customer service at this location sucks to say the least. Managers just standing around not helping and then letting someone cut in front of people waiting. Two employees taking their sweet time getting to their work stations. No one has a sense of urgency. It took an hour and a half just to get a new remote. Ive been to other locations and for something that simple they did a quick exchange and didnt make the customer wait. Being in the customer service business myself and a manager I would never run my business this way or make my customers wait. Shame on you Spectrum.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Spectrum was, for lack of better words, a breath of fresh air. Courtney, one of their sales representatives, truly went above and beyond to help me get set up with new devices after I recently switched from another provider. The difference has been night and day. With other companies, customer service often feels rushed or dismissive, but at this location I was treated with genuine care and respect. Courtney made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and even exciting. She truly made me feel confident in choosing a new company. Highly recommend!
