I'm very disappointed with the iPhone 17 and the service I received. I bought the iPhone 17 expecting a high-quality product, but my experience has been very negative. The device has constant problems: the battery life is much shorter than expected, the operating system freezes frequently, and some functions don't work correctly. I tried to resolve the issue through Apple customer service, but the support was unsatisfactory. The response time was slow, and I didn't receive a concrete solution. As a loyal Apple user, I expected more efficient service and better product quality. I believe Apple should strengthen its quality controls and offer... I believe Apple should strengthen its quality controls and offer faster, more user-friendly technical support to prevent its customers from having such frustrating experiences.
I was very pleased with my experience, I arrived a little before my appointment. They checked me in right away and put me in the queue and I was helped and out of there within 35 minutes or so with a positive out. All the staff was very helpful.
My sister passed away and her phone was permanently locked. The only hope I had left was to get her iCloud account and password. Her password had gone from 4 digits to 6 digits at some point. I partially knew the 4 digit password, but not the 6. Crystal was able to use the 4 digits which allowed me to guess correctly on the second try. Once the password worked, she turned me over to Sabra who reset my phone (erasing all contacts) and then restoring the phone once it was confirmed to be backed up to iCloud. It was a tedious and anxious process, but my sister’s phone was restored. Thank you to Sabra and Crystal, I was desperate. You are awesom... I visited this Apple Store twice to resolve accidental damage to my iPhone. Even though it took 2 visits, they provided 5-star service. First visit: I was a walk in. I was checked in and had the diagnostic run on my phone immediately. I only waited about 5-10 minutes until the Genius Tech came to look into my repair. Unfortunately, they did not have both parts…not their fault. He ordered the part and went over everything to expect. Second visit: I did have to wait a bit (20-30 mins) after check in, but it was a busy Saturday afternoon, and I didn’t have an appointment because the tech the week before said I didn’t need one for an ordered pa... However, I’m the idiot who has the extra security feature activated but forgot her Apple ID password. Enter in the 1 hour delay to reset. This almost completely derailed my repair due to timing, which was a huge deal since it’s 2 hours each way for me to come to this store. Team member Michael, Manager Eric, and the whole team today worked extra hard to squeeze my repair in, so I wouldn’t have to come back. They were amazing for fixing something not at all their fault and gracious about my tech clumsiness making things harder. Thanks again! Everyone was also friendly and kind both times even though it was super busy. Highly recommend this store.
