Spartan Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Spartan Plumbing, and their team of Matthew and Keith, were exceptional. Our heat went out overnight when it was 12 degrees. I called first thing in the morning and they showed up promptly at 830, temporarily fixed the issue by 930, and had a full replacement part installed by 1030. They were prompt, thorough, and had an innovative solution to our problem that also meant cost savings for us. We’re grateful for the work they did and will continue to work with Spartan. Updated, as of Sept 2024: I have now had several incidents when spartan did not show up for scheduled appointments, didn’t contact me that they were unavailable, and kept pushing the work to later dates. If you have to be home for a service visit and rearrange your schedule, this is a huge problem. They also didn’t complete the work on a simple copper pipe replacement, something another company was able to do in about an hour. Would still give Matthew and Keith 5 stars, but the company needs to do better in scheduling, communicating, and arming their team with materials so they dont have to do follow up visits (which, in my experience, they’re likely to cancel and leave you in the lurch).

I needed my radiators flushed. They called when they were in route, as promised. Very professional. Matthew (who wore a mask) explained what he was doing and why. I strongly recommend them. Great pricing compared to others we called. Spartan gave us a flat price the other companies gave us a price to check the system and then they would give us a price. We will be using them again and referring them to friends. Thanks GREAT customer service.

Aug 25 2021, there is a reason I keep coming back to Spartan for my plumbing needs. Their people are very friendly and knowledgeable, for example today Kenneth showed me what was causing our shower to leak and explained what needed to be fixed in a great way. Excellent experience! I researched quite a bit before deciding on Spartan to replace my Furnace/Heat pump system. The technician that came over (Gary) for the initial estimate was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation technician (Joaquin) was awesome. He patiently went over ever step of the installation and even found a fault in my thermostat wiring. Definitely recommending them to all my friends and family.
