We had a good experience today with Pablo at EJF. He has been so professional. He fixed the issue with the garbage disposal and gave us detailed information about how to keep our equipment clean and safe. His is so knowledgeable and helpful. He does good coaching too. We will have him back any time we have any issues. He did a good job when we had our bathtub replaced few months back. We were so happy to see him again today. Good customer service. Have the highest recommendation for the services of Pablo Saravia with EJF plumbing. Pablo was very attentive and thorough in his trouble shooting and resolution of the issues involved. He was also friendly, explained things well, and was not only on time but early.

Pablo was very thorough and complete with getting bulbs replaced in our co-op’s community room, hallways and storage area. I loved that he asked if we wanted both bulbs replaced instead of just the one that was out. That gave us the opportunity to be proactive in replacing both st the same time. He checked the different switches (there are 2 switches for lights at different entrances) to ensure they were working. I also liked that he checked whether the sockets were getting juice. A definite plus: a pleasant personality made him a joy to work with.

Mr. Pablo is a man who loves his job. He was very friendly and willing to explain what he was doing and what will be needed if the problem persists. He was neat in appearance and respectful of the property.
