Mr. Pablo is a man who loves his job. He was very friendly and willing to explain what he was doing and what will be needed if the problem persists. He was neat in appearance and respectful of the property.
Pablo was very thorough and complete with getting bulbs replaced in our co-op’s community room, hallways and storage area. I loved that he asked if we wanted both bulbs replaced instead of just the one that was out. That gave us the opportunity to be proactive in replacing both st the same time. He checked the different switches (there are 2 switches for lights at different entrances) to ensure they were working. I also liked that he checked whether the sockets were getting juice. A definite plus: a pleasant personality made him a joy to work with.
Pablo is fantastic. He explained the work he was thorough and he was fast in removing the old heaters and installing the new ones I enjoyed discussing the work with him and watching him complete the job very efficiently
