Worst company in the industry. Had to take off 5 days of work to get a leak looked at. Leak didn’t get found or fixed, they broke my electric gate and after calling frustrated they said they weren’t going to service me and sent me an invoice. Says on the side of the truck you won’t get an invoice if it’s not fixed right. Company of pansies. You’ll get more value by using another company I promise you.
The power supply to my compressor was fried! Mike came out on the Sunday before Labor Day and took great care! He showed me what was damaged. Warned me about the aluminum wiring in my house. Bad deal there. I’m so glad I got the maintenance contract with Service experts. It has really paid off between tune ups and repairs. Thanks Mike!
I have had a commercial HVAC maintenance contract with Service Experts for over a year and do not recommend doing business with this company! In the middle of July 2022, we had called to have our summer maintenance performed and have the unit inspected because of cooling issues. The technician "cleaned" the coils, checked the freon levels, and changed the filter. This did not improve the cooling issues on a 90-100F day and today we attempted to have the issue resolved. Well I decided to inspect the unit myself on our rooftop and 60-70% of the coils were filthy. It's no wonder why the unit is heat soaking. I'm no "Expert" but these don't look clean to me. I called to have the issue resolved, and was met with a snark representative that quoted me $1300-1600 to use coil cleaner on the coils. My main issue is that this was obviously never inspected properly, nor brought to my attention during our "maintenance" appointment. Which, by the way, took over a month for someone to show up.
I cannot say enough good things about my technician, Mike. He was unbelievably thorough and honest. As a first-time homeowner, his attention to detail and willingness to explain everything to me were both so appreciated. He was very helpful and polite, and he checked in with me to let me know what he was doing at each step in the process - even with pictures! He was patient with my two barking dogs. He cleaned up after he was finished, too! Service was affordable, and I’m looking into the maintenance agreement for next time.
I have used this company on multiple homes and had them repair/replace more than 1 AC system! I can’t say enough about Chris the sales manager (I originally met him as a technician... it is incredible to find someone in sales and service who you TRUST) and recently Nate (also on the sales team) came to my house and was very professional and knowledgeable... I was impressed. My technician Mike was also friendly, fast and efficient! Tara, answers the phone and handles the appointments, is phenomenal. A company is only as good as its employees and stick with this company because of the employees listed above!
