Pioneer Comfort Systems

I had a “service required” message show up on my thermostat when I turned my furnace on (Carrier). My son has used Pioneer in the past and we have been very impressed with their work so we called them for a service call. Not only were they able to make the service call in the same day, but they also informed us of a “special” they had where they would waive the service call fee ($137) if we would donate 5 non-perishable food items, which they give to needy families. Both Technicians that came to my home to check my units were very polite, friendly and professional. I was happy that they both wore special shoes to walk inside my home! They explained everything they were doing and even showed me options on my heating system that I didn’t realize I had! They assisted with my heating system and later performed maintenance on my HVAC. I am very pleased with this company. Even the young ladies that answer the phones are very friendly. My family and I are so so grateful for each technician that came to our home the last two days! And the really sweet technician that came out to our home in the middle of the night to diagnose our issue ( Brayden)! As summer is near it’s started to get super warm outside 🥵 and thankfully Pioneer Comfort Systems made it their mission to get our system back up and cooling! They also brought it to our attention our 1” filter was not cutting it so thankfully we are now fully updated to the Peps filtration much bigger much better filter upgrade!
