I appreciate AccuTemp Cooling and Heating for promptly responding to my A/C issue. I feel their evaluation is accurate. The A/C is not cooling so they did an evaluation, determined the problems and made recommendations. The staff was very professional and courteous with the phone and email correspondence. We had a HVAC leak last night from our attic! Called AccuTemp first thing this morning and they sent someone within 30 minutes! Kyle Pilcher was the technician. He was awesome! Very thorough and professional while being friendly and concerned! Would highly recommend 🏆
We have annual maintenance agreement with Accutemp - they are the BEST company we have ever used. Just had to request service on the weekend - received call back in less than 10 minutes, arrived at our home within 30 minutes and had our unit operational within the hour! Highly recommend!!!
