William did an outstanding job today on our AC service. He was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on with the system and made sure we understood everything before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend William to anyone needing AC service with SBC—great experience from start to finish! Joel also did an amazing job fixing our loud outdoor AC unit! He was incredibly patient, took his time, and made sure the issue was completely resolved. Here’s to it running much quieter now!! Yay!
