Southeast Vacuum

I stopped by today with a cordless vacuum and a Miele. Although they don't fix cordless vacuums because their suppliers don't have the parts, the woman there fixed my Miele. To my surprise, it wasn't really broken. It's that I had the filter in wrong. She spent about 10 minutes helping me and did not charge me. Next time I buy a vacuum, I will buy from Southeast vacuum and will go there for service on both of my Miele vacuums and my Dyson.

Southeast Vacuum is a fantastic place to get your vacuums repaired, purchase a new one, or get vacuum parts and accessories. They are a family owned and operated shop that has been doing business for over 30 years. They have been in their location on Delk Road for nearly 10 years now. Diagnostics are always free. The repair technician can usually figure out what ever is wrong with in a few minutes and most of the time they offer yiur repair while you wait, so that you don't have to brave traffic twice to be able to vacuum your house! Friendly and affordable! The best vacuum shop around!

It's rare that I take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to write one for Southeast Vacuum because of the excellent service they provided! They took the utmost care of my Dyson (which is not only an awesome device but also holds sentimental value - long story) and went the extra mile - cleaning my vacuum thoroughly at no extra charge when I just went in for a stuck attachment. I was so surprised, I didn't even recognize my vacuum when I walked in! The price was very reasonable, service was timely, and communication was clear and kind. This place is a gem of a find!

All the vacuums in my house died around the same time, so I took in both of my 6 year old Simplicity vacuums (an upright and a handheld) for evaluation/repair. Found Southeast Vacuum online--reviews looked good and location was convenient, so decided to give it a try. Lexi was great--she diagnosed the upright right away and ordered the new part for it. She said the handheld was already probably past it's typical lifespan, and was probably unrepairable but that she would take a look at it for me. A week later both were fixed, and the cost was very reasonable. Great service, great value, great outcome!
