I stopped by today with a cordless vacuum and a Miele. Although they don't fix cordless vacuums because their suppliers don't have the parts, the woman there fixed my Miele. To my surprise, it wasn't really broken. It's that I had the filter in wrong. She spent about 10 minutes helping me and did not charge me. Next time I buy a vacuum, I will buy from Southeast vacuum and will go there for service on both of my Miele vacuums and my Dyson.
